Even if you were to ignore the animated series’ jaw-dropping 34 seasons, the strength of the franchise has resulted in collaborations in all areas of the industry, whether it’s sneakers, apparel, food or advertising.
In its 33 years on the air, The Simpsons has become one of the biggest cultural phenomena in the world, so much so that many believe the show has the power to predict the future. Honestly, look.

While Nike got their hands on some of the show’s most beloved family members via a series of SB Dunks, adidas’ latest tribute to TV’s favorite yellow-skinned family is a bit… different.
If you’ve ever wondered what Marge Simpson’s iconic, larger-than-life blue hair might look like in real life, wonder no more. Taking the classic cap-toe Superstar as its canvas, Three Stripes coats the sneaker in a fuzzy blue material from front to back.
To fully emulate the character, she appears in the midfoot, making the textured parts look like she is, in fact, her real barnet. It is quite the creation; one that will turn heads – are you brave enough to represent? Currently, the shoe is available for purchase in children’s sizing, with no indication of when adult sizing is due on earth.
